(NORFOLK COUNTY, ON) – The Ontario Provincial Police (OPP), Norfolk County Detachment along with Norfolk County Fire Services and Norfolk County Emergency Services (EMS) responded to a snowmobile collision at a 10th Concession Road, North Walsingham, Norfolk County, Ontario address.
On Monday February 10, 2014 at approximately 1:27 p.m., Police responded to the snowmobile collision after being contacted by a concerned motorist.
EMS was called and attended the scene where emergency first aid was provided to a 22 year old male identified as Nathanial LETARTE of Norfolk County, Ontario before he was air lifted to a London area hospital to be treated for serious but non-life threatening injuries.
Investigation revealed that the 2000 Skidoo MKZ was travelling southbound along the trails when the operator crossed over the 10th Concession Road colliding with a 2006 Dodge Caravan travelling eastbound.
