(HALIBURTON, ON) – On July 25, 2015 officers from Haliburton Highlands Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) were conducting a RIDE spot check at the intersection of Highway 35 and Highway 118 in the Township of Minden Hills, Ontario.
Officers conducted a vehicle stop and upon speaking with the male driver, they had observed a quantity of suspected marihuana inside of the vehicle.
Bradley DAVIES age 25 from Cobourg, ON has been charged with Possession of a Schedule II substance-Cannabis Marihuana-under 30 grams contrary to the Controlled Drugs and Substances Act (CDSA)
The accused is scheduled to appear in the Ontario Court of Justice in Minden, Ontario on September 2, 2015.
