(GUELPH-ERAMOSA TWP., ON) – On July 31, 2015 at approximately 6:45 p.m. a member of the Wellington County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) spoke with the driver of a vehicle after stopping him for speeding.
Upon approaching the vehicle, police immediately detected a very strong odour of fresh marihuana. The driver was found to be in possession of a Ziploc baggie of marihuana bud.
25-year-old Kyle ZUBRICKAS of Cambridge has been charged with Possession of a Schedule 2 Substance – Marihuana Under 30 Grams contrary to the Controlled Drugs and Substances Act. He is scheduled to appear in Guelph Criminal Court on September 11, 2015 to answer to this charge.
