(Gravenhurst, ON) -The Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) of the Bracebridge detachment investigated a single vehicle rollover on Highway 11 Northbound this morning in the Town of Gravenhurst.
On August 7, 2014 at 7:45 am members of the OPP responded to a single vehicle rollover on Highway 11 Northbound near Sparrow Lake Route D, in the Town of Gravenhurst. The male driver of the van drove off the Highway, rolling the vehicle into the ditch and into a rock cut. All airbags were deployed and the driver was not injured in the crash. The driver was the lone occupant of the vehicle.
One lane of Highway 11 Northbound was temporarily closed to remove the vehicle. Both lanes of Highway 11 Northbound are now open to all traffic.
The male driver has been charged under the Highway Traffic Act.
