(TOWNSHIP OF CHATSWORTH, ON) – On Wednesday, August 6, 2014, at approximately 11:00 p.m., Grey County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) observed a parked car on Sideroad 3 in the Township of Chatsworth. Upon closer inspection, the officer observed fresh vegetation in the front bumper and grill of the vehicle, a 2011 Honda Civic, as well as on the driver, himself, who appeared to have had been drinking alcohol.
The lone driver was arrested for impaired care and control of a motor vehicle. He was taken to an OPP Detachment for breath tests.
Jason STEKLI, 37, of Kitchener, Ontario, was charged with impaired care and control; and over 80 mg.
He is scheduled to appear in court in Owen Sound on Thursday, August 21, 2014.
