(CHATHAM-KENT, ON) On March 14, 2014, just after 9:00 a.m., Chatham-Kent Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) officers responded to a collision involving a single motor vehicle on Highway 401 eastbound off ramp at Queens Line.
The collision occurred when a Chevrolet passenger vehicle exited the highway on the eastbound off ramp, left the roadway, and struck a highway sign and delineator posts before coming to rest in the south ditch.
The male driver, 41 year old Perica CRVENKOVSKA, from Belle River, ON, has been charged with Drive – Hand Held Communication Device, contrary to the Highway Traffic Act.
No injuries were reported.
