(CHATHAM-KENT, ON) On December 20, 2013, just before 10:30 a.m., Chatham-Kent Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) officers responded to a collision involving a single motor vehicle at the intersection of Communication Road and Longwoods Road.
The collision occurred when a tractor trailer traveling northbound on Communication Road turned onto Longwoods Road, and struck an intersection traffic light.
The driver, 52 year old Bernard LEBOEUF, from Southwoodslee, ON, has been charged with Careless Driving, contrary to the Highway Traffic Act.
No injuries were reported.
