(BANCROFT, ON) – On the afternoon of the 9th of July 2016, members of the Bancroft Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP), responded to a report of a single motor vehicle collision on Highway 118 and Dyno Road, in the Municipality of Highlands East. There were no injuries resulting from the collision. As a result of their investigation, officers determined that the driver of the vehicle was impaired by alcohol.
Charged with Impaired Operation of a Motor Vehicle is 57 year old Brenda HARVEY of Thorold, Ontario. Ms HARVEY was released on a Promise to Appear, and is to return to Bancroft Court on the 16th of August, 2016.
