Barrie Police officer responded to a shoplifter at Zehrs on Bayfield St. A 54 yr old Barrie female was observed by store security concealing $40 in cosmetics. The female was arrested upon her leaving the premises without making any attempt to pay for the items. The female was released on an appearance notice with a future court date.
