SERIOUS MOTOR VEHICLE COLLISION

(Manvers Township, ON) – On Tuesday December 10, at approximately 7:25 a.m. members of the Peterborough County OPP and Paramedics, were called to investigate a report of a vehicle rollover on Highway 115 north of Boundary Road.

Officers attended the scene and located a 2001 Acura, that had been involved in a single motor vehicle collision that resulted with the vehicle leaving the highway. The vehicle was found on its roof approximately 2 kilometres north of Boundary Road.

At this time the vehicles single occupant was receiving emergency medical treatment by Paramedics that responded to the call.

The driver identified as 45 year old Scott MORGAN of Peterborough, was removed by ambulance ot Peterborough Regional Health Centre then air lifted to Sunny Brook Medical Centre for treatment of serious injuries sustained as a result of the collision.

Traffic Collision Investigations Unit was called in to assist in the investigation which is ongoing at this time.
