(MACHAR TWP, ON) – On Saturday October 31, 2015 at approximately 5:15 p.m. the Almaguin Highlands Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) were called to a vehicle in the ditch on the southbound ramp of Highway 11 at the Mountainview exit.
Officers arrived at the scene and subsequently arrested and charged the driver, Sean GARRY, 26 of North Bay Ontario with driving with ability impaired, contrary to section 253(1)(a) of the Criminal Code and driving with more than 80 milligrams of alcohol in blood, contrary to section 253(1)(b) of the criminal code.
The accused was released from police custody and is to appear at the Ontario Court of Justice on Thursday, December 10, 2015 in Sundridge Ontario.
