(Killaloe, Hagarty, Richards Township, ON) On Wednesday, May 6, 2015 Officers of the Killaloe OPP detachment, members of the Emergency Response Team, the Ontario Provincial Police K9 unit and the Renfrew County Crime Unit responded to a request for Police Assistance at a residence located on Brudenell Road.
As a result of their investigation, Scott CHAPMAN, 40 years of age of Killaloe, Hagarty, Richards Township has been charged with
– Assault with a weapon contrary to section 267(a) of the Criminal Code of Canada
– Possession of a prohibited weapon contrary to section 92(1) of the Criminal Code of Canada.
– Failing to Comply with Probation Order contrary to section 733.1(1) of the Criminal Code of Canada (two counts).
CHAPMAN has been held for a bail hearing in Pembroke on May 7, 2015.
