(CALEDON, ON)- On May 7th, 2015 at 2:39 pm, officers from the Caledon Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) were conducting a R.I.D.E. (Reducing Impaired Driving Everywhere) spot check at the intersection of Healey Road and Humber Station Road. While conducting their duties, the officers placed a Drager Alcotest on the trunk of the vehicle. Shortly thereafter, the officers were dispatched to a serious call and they inadvertently left the equipment on top of the trunk. Officers returned to the intersection and were unable to locate the piece of equipment. The Drager Alcotest is stored in a bright orange Pelican box.
