(PLYMPTON-WYOMING, ON) Lambton Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) on July 4, 2014 just after 9:00 a.m. arrested and charged a male truck driver after an incident involving an allegation of sexual assault at a local business.
The male, a driver of a transport truck left the area of the incident, but was subsequently located on Highway 402 and arrested by Lambton OPP.
The driver, Sarbjit SINGH, 48 years of age from Brampton, ON has a Sarnia court date of August 25, 2014 to answer to one charge of Sexual Assault.
No injuries as a result of the incident were reported.
