(KENORA, ON) On Friday March 7, 2014 just before 3:00 am members of the Kenora Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) stopped a vehicle on Second Street North in the City of Kenora. Police determined the female driver had been consuming alcohol and placed her under arrest. She was transported to the Kenora OPP Detachment for further tests.
As a result of this investigation, 21 year old Samantha ARBUCKLE of Kenora has been charged with Impaired Driving and Having Care and Control of a Motor Vehicle With More than .80 mg of Alcohol in 100 ml of Blood, contrary to the Criminal Code of Canada. She is to appear in Kenora Court on April 17 2014 to answer to the charge.
