(QUINTE WEST, ON) – On Thursday August 22nd, 2013 around 11:00am, Quinte West OPP responded to a call from an off duty Kingston Police officer. The off duty officer saw a male walking on Dundas Street West in Trenton and recognized him as being wanted by Kingston Police on an outstanding warrant. 29 year old Ryan Holder of Trenton was located and arrested by Quinte West OPP. He was turned over to Kingston Police later that day. Holder was wanted for fraud under $5000.00 and breach of probation.
