On Thursday August 22nd, 2013 at approx. 4:30pm Quinte West OPP executed a second warrant. 54 year old Michael Malcolm was arrested on a warrant of apprehension. Malcolm was on conditions not to be outside a 40km radius of his home in Denbigh, ON. Quinte West OPP received an anonymous tip that the accused was staying at the Trenton home of a Warkworth Penitentiary employee. Police attended that address and located the male hiding in a crawl space. He was transported to Quinte Region Detention Centre.
