(Prince Edward County, ON)— On June 17, 2015 at 8:04am an officer with the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Prince Edward County detachment was on general patrol on County Road 49, North of the Town of Picton. Police stopped a vehicle traveling in excess of 50km/h above the posted speed limit.
The male driver, 39-year old Ronald HUSSEY of Deseronto, ON is charged with Driving a Motor Vehicle on a Highway Performing a Stunt Travelling 50km/h Over the Posted Speed Limit.
The accused is to appear in the Ontario Court of Justice, Picton on July 17, 2015.
