(WELLINGTON NORTH TOWNSHIP, ON) –Wellington County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) received a report about a rock thrown through the east window of the pool building at the Arthur Community Centre on Domville Street, Arthur. It occurred sometime from June 16-19, 2015. There are no suspects.
