(WASAGA BEACH, ON.) – On February 1st, 2015 at approximately 10:45 p.m., members of the Huronia West Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police stopped a motor vehicle on River Road West in which the operator was believed to be under suspension. An investigation into the driver of this motor vehicle confirmed that his Ontario Drivers’ Licence was under suspension. In addition this driver was unable to surrender this document.
Charged with “Driving while under suspension†and “Fail to surrender suspended, revoked or cancelled licence†is Robert STOREY 18 years old from Springwater Twp. First appearance is March 12th, 2015 in Wasaga Beach Provincial Court.
