(KENORA, ON) Members of the Kenora Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) have charged a 34 year old woman for impaired driving offences following a report of a running vehicle on Ninth Street North in Kenora on February 1, 2015 shortly after 3:00 am. Police attended and determined the driver had been consuming alcohol and transported her for further tests.
As a result of this investigation, Edna CAMERON of Whitedog FNT, has been charged with Impaired Care and Control of a Motor Vehicle and Having Care or Control of a Motor Vehicle With More than .80 mg of Alcohol in 100 ml of Blood, contrary to the Criminal Code of Canada. She is to appear in Kenora Court on February 26, 2015 to answer to the charges.
