On December 6, 2012 at 10:00pm, Guelph Police stopped a vehicle, after observing it driving erratically on Wellington Street West. Investigation determined the driver was impaired by alcohol and he was arrested.
Robert PICHE 30 years of Cambridge was charged with impaired driving, fail to provide a breath sample and several offences under the Highway Traffic Act. He will appear in court on December 21, 2012.
