Robert LEE – Drunk Driving

(BRANT COUNTY, ON) – Members of the Brant County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) while conducting RIDE (Reduce Impaired Driving Everywhere) on 17 March 2017 on Rest Acres Road in The County of Brant.

At approximately 10:25 p.m. police stopped a grey Ford F-150 after it entered the RIDE check.

Police determined through investigation that the driver had been drinking alcohol and the male driver was arrested.

OPP investigators have charged 49-year-old Robert LEE of the County of Brant with driving with More than 80 mgs, of Alcohol in Blood contrary to Section 253(1) (b) contrary to the Criminal Code of Canada.

He will appear in the Ontario Court of Justice in Brantford at a later date to answer to his charges. If convicted, the offender will be subject to the Criminal Code penalties, including a fine or jail time, and a driving prohibition.
