(TOWN OF NEW TECUMSETH, ON)- On September 23, 2013 at 6:19 pm, Nottawasaga Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) received a traffic complaint regarding a vehicle driving northbound on the 10th Sideroad in the Town of New Tecumseth.
Police were able to follow the vehicle with the citizen update about the vehicle and observe the driving behaviour then making a traffic stop to determine the cause of the poor driving.
Charged is 58 year-old Robert JOHNSON of Guelph, Ontario, he is charged with one count of Over 80 mgs under the Criminal Code of Canada. He has an upcoming court date of October 17, 2013 in Bradford to deal with the charge.
