(TOWN OF NEW TECUMSETH, ON)- On September 20, 2013 at approximately 6:19 pm hours, Nottawasaga Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Officer was on patrol and noticed a vehicle on Prospect Street in the Town of New Tecumseth, the information on the vehicle returned on different vehicle, not the one before the Officer.
A vehicle stop was conducted and a roadside alcohol test was administered. The driver failed the roadside test and was placed under arrest for Over 80 mgs and transported to Nottawasaga OPP Detachment for a breath test.
Charged is 52 year-old Robert John CRUMBIE of the Town of New Tecumseth, he is charged with Over 80 mgs of alcohol under the Criminal Code of Canada and with Driving under Suspension under the Highway Traffic Act. He will appear in Criminal Court on the 10 of October, 2013 at the Ontario Court of Justice in Bradford.
