(Quinte West, ON) – On Monday February 24th, 2014, at approximately 7:30 am Quinte West OPP responded to a parking complaint at a Trenton area school. Police attended the school and found an unoccupied vehicle was parked blocking the designated bus route. Further police investigation revealed that the owner of the parked vehicle was in violation of a court prohibition order. Robert Gurr, a 59 year old man from Brighton, returned to his parked vehicle a short time later and he was arrested and charged with Failing to comply with a Prohibition Regarding Children. The accused appeared in bail court this afternoon at the Ontario Court of Justice in Belleville.
