Robbery

At approximately 7:29am, police responded to a 911 call in the Sawmill Rd. area. Further information revealed that a taxi driver had been robbed at knife point. Upon arrival the officers were able to locate the 48 year old victim who had sustained a minor injury to his hand. An undisclosed amount of cash was stolen during the robbery. The investigation continues, a suspect has been identified and is actively being sought. A warrant will be obtained for his arrest.
