(THAMES CENTRE, ON) – Middlesex County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) is asking motorists to choose an alternate route on their travels this afternoon as police investigate a single vehicle rollover. Dundas Street is currently closed in both directions between Heritage Road and Purple Hill Road in the Municipality of Thames Centre for the collision investigation.
On November 22, 2013 at approximately 12:37 p.m. a cement truck rolled over into a ditch on Dundas Street east of Heritage Road. The driver of the truck has been transported to hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
The collision investigation is ongoing. Dundas Street is expected to be closed for approximately two hours for vehicle removal. Motorists are reminded to obey all road closure signage for the safety of all responders.
