(North Kawartha Township, ON) – Members of the Peterborough County Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) were called to investigate after a male brought his dog into the LCBO store in Apsley and was asked to leave. The intoxicated male threatened a store employee before attempting to leave on his ATV just before 1:30pm yesterday.
Ricky REEVES (age 58) is charged with Impaired Driving, Driving with more than 80mg of Alcohol in his blood and Threatening. The accused is scheduled to appear in a Peterborough Provincial Court on April 30, 2015.
