(HALDIMAND COUNTY, ON.) – Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Haldimand County detachment has charged a 52 year old male with a Drinking and Driving offence at a Main St. Dunnville, Haldimand County, ON address.
On Saturday November 8th, 2014 at approximately 1:40 am an officer on patrol stopped a black 2010 Ford pickup truck for a Highway Traffic Act violation. While dealing with the driver signs of impairment by alcohol was detected which resulted in his arrest.
Charged with Driving a motor vehicle with over the legal limit of alcohol is 52 year old Ricky ANDERSON of Haldimand County, ON. He is to appear in Provincial Court, Cayuga, ON at a later date to answer to the charge.
