(PICKLE LAKE, ON) – Officers of the Pickle Lake Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) have arrested and charged Richard MUCKUCK, age 51 years of Pickle Lake, ON with Assault Causing Bodily Harm.
The charges stem from an altercation that occurred at a Cat Lake Road residence involving the accused and an adult female on the afternoon of January 30, 2014. The female sustained an injury to her head and was transported to the Pickle Lake Emergency Medical Services Base by officers and later released.
The accused is scheduled to appear before the Ontario Court of Justice in Pickle Lake on March 7, 2014.
