(Municipality of Trent Lakes, ON) – On Saturday October 5, at approximately 10:25 am officers from the Peterborough County OPP conducting a RIDE investigated a male driver on County Road 36.
Officers stopped a Chevrolet Pick Up truck being operated by 56 year old Richard IRWIN of Buckhorn.
As a result of the investigation IRWIN was charged with Having over 80 mgs of Alcohol in his system.
IRWIN is scheduled to appear in Peterborough Provincial courts on November 14, 2013.
