(QUINTE WEST, ON) – On August 6th, 2014 at approximately 12:50pm officers from the Ontario Provincial Police Highway Safety Division on patrol in the City of Quinte West observed a farm tractor being driven in an erratic manner on County Rd 5.
Officers stopped the tractor and spoke to the male that was operating the tractor. Upon speaking to the driver it was determined that the male had been drinking and as a result he was arrested.
57 year old Richard Dale Bush of Quinte West has been charged with Driving with more than 80mgs of Alcohol in 100 millilitres of Blood.
Bush was released with a court date later in August.
