(TOWNSHIP OF CHATSWORTH, ON) – On Sunday, May 24, 2015 at approximately 12:18 p.m., Grey County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) stopped a green 2013 Porsche Sport Utility Vehicle (SUV) for speeding 138 km/hr in a posted 80 km/hr speed zone northbound on Hwy. 10, north of Robson Road, in the Township of Chatsworth.
The driver of the vehicle, Reza TOGHRAEE, 37, of Vaughan, Ontario, was issued a Part III Summons for Race a Motor Vehicle under the Highway Traffic Act (HTA). He is scheduled to appear in court in Owen Sound on July 15, 2015.
His driver’s licence was seized and the vehicle was impounded for 7 days.
