Reeve Vincent’s Regime Continues To Withhold Emergency Services For Dissidents

Last week Wingham received 4.5 inches of rain panicking Town Hall. This amount of rain was equal to a rapid Spring thaw. North Huron panicked and notified some Winghamites that a 25 foot tsunami was coming our way due to the Gorrie Dam allegedly blowing out, and that the Community Complex was the evacuation center if it didn’t flood too. Photos reveal the Gorrie situation was greatly exaggerated. The fact the Wroxeter dam wasn’t taken out by the Gorrie “tsunami” should have tempered their panicked reaction. Clearly the only threat was a rise in water levels, just like a Spring thaw.

Virtually no data was provided by the Public Works department so it was left up to the Public to monitor when the Mailtland crested. Public Works employees were sitting by the river overnight, apparently getting overtime to…..to do nothing really. All that was required was to stick a yardstick in the river and note the height every hour, but apparently that command never made it to our front line workers.

Only a few residents in the high risk area were NOT notified. These properties are the most at risk due to flooding, yet were not notified due to some perceived connection with Wingham Free Press.

It has become painfully clear that North Huron will withhold emergency services to those they dislike. It’s just their way of saying shut up or we will let you burn, drown or have your property destroyed. I know most of you aren’t surprised by this, especially when it has been proven the Wingham police will lie to a Judge in an attempt to secure a conviction of someone on Reeve Vincent’s blacklist.
