(NAPANEE, ON)- On Wednesday, November 19th, 2014 at 10:45 p.m. an officer with the Napanee Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police checked a vehicle after receiving information from a concerned citizen that the driver had been drinking.
The vehicle was located on Centre Street in Napanee and the driver was given a roadside alcohol screening test. As a result the driver was arrested and taken to Napanee OPP detachment for further breath tests.
Charged with over 80 mgs is 29 year-old Raymond PHENGPHACHANH of St. Catherines.
PHENGPHACHANH was released on a Promise to Appear and is scheduled to appear in Provincial Court in Napanee on December 9th.
