(Otonabee South Monaghan Township) – On Wednesday, November 19, 2014 at 1:40 p.m. Peterborough County OPP received a report that a 55 year old female Otonabee South Monaghan resident was missing from her residence on Driscoll Road.
On Monday November 17, 2014 at 8:00 a.m. Cindy FOSS was reported to have left her residence to attend her place of employment on Rye Street in the City of Peterborough. Subsequently information was received that she never arrived for work on this date. Attempts to locate her at this time have been unsuccessful.
Mrs FOSS is described as 5 foot 1 inches tall, 103 pounds with brown hair and blue eyes. She was possibly wearing a Canada Post jacket. Mrs. FOSS may have a small multi-coloured dog with her. She was last seen driving a White Dodge Avenger.
Due to the recent heavy snow fall there is an increased concern for the safety for the missing woman.
