(NAPANEE, ON) On Sunday April 27th, 2014 officers with the Napanee Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police responded to a report of a male drinking alcohol in his vehicle while travelling westbound on Highway 401 near Deseronto Road.
Officers located the suspect vehicle, a blue Chevrolet Cruze bearing a New York State licence plate.
The driver was arrested after he failed a roadside alcohol screening test.
Charged with Over 80 mgs contrary to the Criminal Code and Having Open Liquor in a Motor Vehicle, contrary to the Liquor Licence Act is 45 year-old Randy NEELIN or East Windham, New York, USA.
He was released on a recognizance and is scheduled to appear in Provincial Court on May 13, 2014.
