(CITY OF SARNIA, ON) On December 31, 2013 at around 1:30 a.m., Lambton County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) stopped a Chevrolet vehicle on Confederation Street in the area of Murphy Road. While speaking with the driver, 52 year old Randall KREITER from Sarnia, it was determined that he had been consuming alcoholic beverages. He will appear in a Sarnia court on January 20, 2014 to speak to the charges of impaired driving and refuse to provide a sample.
