(CITY OF TEMISKAMING SHORES, ON) – A member of the Temiskaming Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) was conducting traffic enforcement on February 2, 2014 at approximately 4:40 p.m.
A pick-up truck was stopped for speeding on Highway 11 and further investigation resulted in charges.
Stefan RODRIGUE, 44, of Alberta is charged for speeding – section 128 of the Highway Traffic Act and Speed measuring warning device – section 79(2) of the Highway Traffic Act.
