(PUSLINCH TOWNSHIP, ON) -On January 18, 2014 at approximately 2:25 p.m., Wellington County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) was conducting stationary radar on Highway 6 and Concession 4, Puslinch Township. A 2008 Mercedes was observed travelling southbound well above the speed limit at 134 km/h in an 80 km/h zone. The driver’s licence and vehicle were seized for a period of 7 days as per statute.
Muhammad KHAN age 46 of Saugeen Shores is charged with Race a Motor Vehicle contrary to the Highway Traffic Act. He is to appear in Guelph Court on February 19, 2014 to answer to the charge.
