(CALEDON, ON) – On December 28, 2013 shortly after midnight, officers from the Caledon Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) were conducting a R.I.D.E. (Reduce Impaired Driving Everywhere) blitz on Airport Road south of Highway 9. The officers interrupted a southbound black Chev Sonic. Upon speaking with the driver, the officers detected a strong odour of marijuana inside the motor vehicle.
