(NORFOLK COUNTY, ON) – The Ontario Provincial Police (OPP), Norfolk County Detachment have arrested and charged a 21 year old male and 23 year old male after police were called to investigate an incident at a Colborne Street South, Simcoe, Norfolk County, Ontario, address.
On Sunday, August 2, 2015 at approximately 12:42 a.m., police responded to the Colborne Street South address after being contacted by a concerned resident.
Through investigation it has been determined that two males were observed spray painting the Norfolk County Public Library located on Colborne Street South. Officers arrived on scene and located both males.
As a result of investigation, police arrested and charged 21-year-old Derek Kyle James BUTLER of Norfolk County, Ontario with being intoxicated in a public place and mischief under $,5000.
Charged with mischief under $5,000 is 23-year-old Adam Richard OGILVIE of Norfolk County, Ontario.
Both are to appear in Provincial Court, Simcoe at a later date to answer to the charges.
