(QUINTE WEST, ON) – On February 6th, 2014 at approximately 8:15pm while on general patrol on Dundas St West a Quinte West Police officer observed a male party holding what appeared to be an open can of beer.
The officer stopped to speak to the male and after a short investigation the officer noted that the male was intoxicated. As a result a 24 year old male from Trenton was arrested for public intoxication.
The male was issued two provincial offence notices for Consuming Alcohol in a Public Place and Having an Open Container of Alcohol.
