(Hawkesbury, ON) The Hawkesbury OPP Detachment received a call on January 13th 2014 at approximately 00:30 am, regarding a drunk male walking on McGill Street in the Town of Hawkesbury.
Constables Chantal Duchesne and John Léger located the male walking in the MacEwen Gas Bar parking lot. The man showed signs of heavy intoxication. He was arrested for being intoxicated in a public place.
Adrian William SEAMAN (26 yrs) of Ottawa was arrested and charged under section 31(4) of the Liquor License Act for Being intoxicated in public place.
He was served a Provincial Offence Notice (ticket) with a fine of $65.
The accused was lodged in a Hawkesbury OPP holding cell for his safety until he was not a danger to himself. He was later released.
