(HEARST, ON) – On March 31, 2015, Hearst Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) received a call for service with regards to an assault that had occurred at a local coffee shop. As a result of police investigation, Presley SPENCE, 33, of Moose Factory, has been charged with the following.
Assault with a weapon as per section 267 of the Criminal Code of Canada (CC)
Assault as per section 266 CC
Being intoxicated in a public place as per section 31(4) of the Liquor Licence Act (LLA)
He is scheduled to appear at the Ontario Court of Justice in Hearst on May 6, 2015 at 10:00 am.
