(LAKESHORE, ON) -The Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) in Lakeshore is attempting to locate the owner of two dogs who were involved in an incident on April 20, 2014.
The owner of a Chihuahua breed of dog was walking it in the Maidstone Conservation Area located at 1561 Lakeshore Road 206 on April 20, 2014 at approximately 1:00 p.m.
Two large dogs also in the area attacked the smaller dog resulting in its death.
Police are hoping to speak to the owner of the two larger dogs. The first large dog is described as a silver brindle Great Dane/ Pit-bull mix. The second is described as a black and brown German shepherd (possible mix). The woman who was accompanying the dogs identified herself as Susan“to the owner of the Chihuahua.
