(NORFOLK COUNTY, ON) – The Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Norfolk County Detachment received a report of a mischief from a Bay Street, Port Rowan, Norfolk County, Ontario address.
Between Wednesday, January 29, 2014 and Wednesday, February 5, 2014, unknowns proceeded to enter an unlocked vehicle in the parking lot of Rowan Mill Motors. Once inside, unknowns damaged the steering column in an attempt to remove the vehicle however the attempt was not successful.
