(HALIBURTON, ON) – On Thursday February 06, 2014 at 1:00 am officers from the Haliburton Highlands Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) responded to a noise complainant at a residence on Lutterworth Pines Road in the Township of Minden Hills, Ontario. The officers were called for loud music being played at residence. Upon their arrival officers observed a male party in his 1998 Mazda pickup truck which was running at the time. The male was extremely intoxicated and was arrested for Impaired Care or Control of a Motor Vehicle. Wesley HALL age 25 from Minden Hills Ontario was arrested and transported to the OPP detachment in Minden for breath tests. HALL was charged with Impaired Care or Control and Over 80 mgs., and is scheduled to appear in the Ontario Court of Justice in Minden Ontario on March 05, 2014.
