(NORFOLK COUNTY, ON) – The Ontario Provincial Police (OPP), Norfolk County Detachment were contacted by an alert citizen after noticing a suspicious person at a Kent Street North, Simcoe, Norfolk County, Ontario, address.
On Wednesday, October 21, 2014 at approximately 1:33 a.m., a homeowner was awoken after hearing an unknown person attempting to enter the side door of the residence. The resident yelled at an unknown male who immediately fled from the area through the rear of the property.
All residents are being urged by police to lock their doors to their homes and vehicles and to call the OPP immediately if they observed anyone suspicious in or around their property or your neighbour’s property.
